CSM 6550 - Reducing Adversarial Relations in Construction3 Credits (3 Contact Hours)
Focuses on the study of the delivery of projects and how adversarial relations can affect the successful completion of the venture. Topics include management of human resources, understanding the needs and processes of the participants, where problems lie, methods of avoiding and settling disputes. Preq: Construction Science and Management or Architecture major, and senior standing; or consent of department chair.
