APEC 8360 - Dynamic Optimization with Economic Applications

3 Credits (3 Contact Hours)
Dynamic optimization entails the use of optimal control to solve minimization or maximization problems in which choice variables affect how state variables change over time. Differential or difference equations describe the temporal changes. Economic applications pertain to actual use and efficient management over time of financial, human, physical and natural capital.
