NUTR 4250 - Medical Nutrition Therapy II 4 Credits (3 Contact Hours) Development of medical nutrition therapy for individuals with various disease states, including cardiovascular, hepatic, musculoskeletal, and neoplastic disorders. Also considers sociocultural and ethnic aspects of food consumption and alternative nutrition therapies. Includes Honors sections. Preq: Food Science and Human Nutrition major or Food Science minor; and BIOL 2220 and BIOL 2230 and NUTR 4240 . Coreq: NUTR 4251 .
