NUTR 4260 - Community Nutrition

3 Credits (3 Contact Hours)
Study of fundamentals of nutrition care delivery in community programs beginning with assessment and problem identification and continuing through the development, implementation, and evaluation of nutrition intervention programs. Preq: Food Science and Human Nutrition major or Food Science minor and NUTR 4510 .
