HORT (FOR) 4270 - Urban Tree Care

3 Credits (3 Contact Hours)
Principles, practices, and problems of protecting and maintaining trees in urban and recreational areas. Examines environmental and biological factors affecting trees in high-use areas, their management and cultural requirements, and the practices necessary for their protection and care as valuable assets in the landscape. May also be offered as FOR 4270 . Preq: FOR 2050  or HORT 3030 .
