3 Credits (3 Contact Hours)Introduces concepts, principles and skills essential to personnel working within a camp context. Topics include supervising campers, interacting with campers, understanding the developmental needs of campers, and dealing with camper behavior. Group dynamics, leadership techniques and issues such as abuse are also discussed.
