CSM 2030 - Materials and Methods of Construction I 3 Credits (3 Contact Hours) Descriptive study of the materials and methods of construction, focusing on nomenclature, building materials, and assembly of building systems consisting primarily of wood, masonry, residential interior and exterior finishes, and building foundations. Preq: Construction Science and Management or Architecture major. Preq or concurrent enrollment: CSM 1000 (Architecture majors do not need the preq course, but must request a registration override from the instructor).
