IE 4520 - Reliability Engineering

3 Credits (3 Contact Hours)
Probabilistic approach to assessing system reliability. Methods for analyzing serial, parallel, and complex systems. Reliability life testing and its acceleration are covered. Essential elements of maintainability are identified and related to system availability. Preq: IE 3610 ; or MATH 3020  and MATH 4000 .
