POSC 4300 - Public Policy Evaluation 3 Credits (3 Contact Hours) Discussion of the role of policy analysis in government. Applications of analytical and computer tools to substantive policy areas such as transportation, economic/community development, education, poverty, and health. Students focus on assessing a policy from a set of options based on analytic criteria as well as developing policy alternatives. Preq: POSC 3410 or STAT 2300 or STAT 3300 .
