BIOL 3110 - General Toxicology

3 Credits (3 Contact Hours)
This course offers an introduction to the broader field of toxicology. Toxicology is a highly integrated science, with roots in organic chemistry, biochemistry, cell biology, physiology and environmental sciences. Applications are found in medical and pharmaceutical fields, forensics, occupational health, and environmental sciences. Preq: BIOL 1040  and BIOL 1060 , or BIOL 1110 ; and BCHM 3010  or BCHM 3050 .
