3 Credits (3 Contact Hours)Discusses respiration and photosynthesis; synthesis, translocation, storage, transformation and degradation of organic materials, fats, carbohydrates, proteins, pigments and nucleic acids. Students are expected to have completed coursework in plant physiology and biochemistry before enrolling in this course.
