ECON 8980 - Dynamic Macroeconomics

Advanced macroeconomics beyond material covered in ECON 8050 . This course covers advanced dynamic macroeconomics at a level required for conducting research in the field. Focus is on formulating and solving dynamic models of consumption, investment, economic growth, asset pricing, and unemployment. All first-year PhD students are required to take both ECON 8050  and ECON 8980.
