Continuation of HLTH 8410. Practical aspects of planning, designing and managing evaluations in population health, medicine and healthcare settings. Topics include scoping, selecting an appropriate design, threats to validity, common and emerging methods of formative and summative evaluation, staffing and management, collecting and analyzing data, and writing evaluation reports.
