MSE 8400 - Analytical Methods for Organic Materials
4 Credits (3 Contact Hours)Use of chemical and physical instrumental methods to characterize organic materials. Review of basic principles and unique problems encountered when techniques such as IR, NMR, GC, LC, MS, GC/MS and thermal analysis, microscopy and tensile testing are applied to organic materials.
