POST 8430 - Organization Theory and Public Management3 Credits (3 Contact Hours)
Theoretical and analytical foundations for understanding bureaucracies and leadership roles in public management; clarification of the distinctly “public” dimensions and challenges of management. Interdisciplinary in nature, course draws on business and public administration, social psychology, economics, political science and sociology.
