Space science technology, civilian and military government programs and private-sector activities. Case studies of long-term space policy issues impacting remote sensing, communications and manned space stations. Examination of origins of programs and evolution of associated policy issues from a national and international perspective. Preq: Admission to certificate or PhD program in Policy Studies or consent of instructor.
