Examines approaches and strategies for successful management and development of staff and volunteers in youth-serving organizations, including effective organizational systems and working with boards and advisory committees. Covers business and organizational principles and practices for success as well as challenges of recruiting, supervising and retaining staff and volunteers. Preq: Admission to MS in Youth Development Leadership Program or consent of instructor.
