EDC 8280 - Research and Evaluation in Counseling

Overview of quantitative, qualitative, and mixed method research designs relevant to the practice of counseling, including needs assessment and program evaluation. Emphasis is given to statistical concepts, evidence-based counseling, critiquing counseling research, development of outcome measures, and ethical and cultural considerations in counseling research. Preq: EDC 8010 or EDC 8050.
