CE 4330 - Construction Planning and Scheduling 3 Credits (3 Contact Hours) Study of principles and applications of the Critical Path Method (CPM) and Project Evaluation and Review Techniques (PERT). Includes project breakdown and network graphics; identification of the critical path and resulting floats; definition and allocation of materials, equipment, and manpower resources; resource leveling, compression, and other network adjustments; and computer applications using packaged routines. Preq: CE 3310 with a C or better.
