3 Credits (3 Contact Hours)Survey of the process and techniques of social research, with an emphasis on quantitative and mixed designs. Topics include the nature of inquiry and research fundamentals; measurement; sampling; methods of data collection; and research design. Particular attention is given to issues in conducting research in international settings.
