CPSC 4110 - Virtual Reality Systems 3 Credits (3 Contact Hours) Design and implementation of software systems necessary to create virtual environments. Discusses techniques for achieving real-time, dynamic display of photorealistic, synthetic images. Includes hands-on experience with electromagnetically-tracked, head-mounted displays and requires, as a final project, the design and construction of a virtual environment. Preq: CPSC 2120 and CPSC 2150 , each with a C or better.
