MGT 3900 - Foundations of Supply Chain and Operations Management 3 Credits (3 Contact Hours) This course provides a general introduction to operations and supply chain management. It examines how inputs such as materials, labor, capital, and information are transformed into products and services that are delivered in the right quantities, to the right locations, at the right time, and for which consumers are willing to pay. These processes can be managed effectively or ineffectively, and the knowledge gained in this course helps students understand the factors that lead to both outcomes. Preq: MGT 2180 or equivalent (CPSC 2200 ).
