MKT 3020 - Consumer Behavior

3 Credits (3 Contact Hours)
Consumer behavior is the study of when, why, how, where, and what products/services people do or do not buy and how they engage in the market. This course examines the psychological, sociological, and cultural factors that influence consumer behavior and decision-making, with an emphasis on how consumers define value. Includes Honors sections. Preq: MKT 3010 ; and one of ANTH 2010  or PSYC 2010  or SOC 2010 .
