3 Credits (3 Contact Hours)Equips students with the necessary tools and skills needed to create their own original compositions. Students analyze, construct, and compose music through studying the anatomy of a composition in terms of form, thematic development, and melodic content. Students also learn about editing their music for public performance. Preq: MUSC 1420 and MUSC 1430.
