BIOL 1220 - Keys to Biodiversity

3 Credits (3 Contact Hours)
Introduction to scientific inquiry through analysis of biodiversity for non-science majors. Biological foundations for life are studied, including evolution, ecology, genetics, cells, and molecules. Also includes discussions of ethical issues related to biodiversity. High school biology or its equivalent is highly encouraged. Credit toward a degree will be given for only one of BIOL 1220 or BIOL 1230 .
