YDP 3350 - Youth Activity Facilitation and Leadership 3 Credits (3 Contact Hours)
This course provides a foundation for effective activity leadership to meet the needs of diverse youth populations. The course focuses on applying experiential learning approaches; different activity types; choosing activities based on intentionality, specificity, and applicability; activity sequencing; building individual and group efficacy; and activity debriefing and processing. Preq: Youth Development Studies minor.
