MGT 3080 - Servant Leadership

3 Credits (3 Contact Hours)

Students plan, develop, execute, and direct a servant leadership-based project related to the field of management and present their findings. The project includes lectures about leadership theory, servant leadership (employee centric) principles, organizational culture, mentoring, resilience, project management, and human resources concepts. May be repeated for a maximum of six credits.
