BIOE 4410 - Endocrine Clinical Modeling and Drug Delivery 3 Credits (3 Contact Hours) Students explore the fundamental principles of endocrine physiology and theoretically prepare clinical modeling for drug design and treatment. Clinical examples are explored, including healthy and disease states, and treatments for endocrine disorders are evaluated. Biomedical engineering approaches address cutting-edge technologies as they relate to endocrine-based clinical solutions. Preq: BIOE 3100 or BIOL 3150 or BIOL 3160 or both BIOL 2220 and BIOL 2230 .
