CSM 4570 - Leading with Purpose in Construction 3 Credits (3 Contact Hours) An exploration of what it means to lead with purpose and intentionality in construction. This course is designed to explore the intersection of emotional well-being, workplace culture, and supportive environments in the construction industry. While technical skills and project performance are essential, this course examines human factors that help sustain long-term success-psychological safety, trust, emotional intelligence, and resilience. Preq: Junior standing. This 4000-level course has a 6000-level counterpart. Students should refer to the Graduate Catalog for the 6000-level description and requirements.
