ECE 4150 - Introduction to Power System Protection 3 Credits (3 Contact Hours) Coordination of power system protection components including microprocessor-based relay-adaptive protection of power systems, power system disturbance identification, and system restoration following a major disturbance. Preq: ECE 3600 with a grade of C or higher. This 4000-level course has a 6000-level counterpart. Students should refer to the Graduate Catalog for the 6000-level description and requirements.
