BIOE 4540 - Global Biomedical Ethics

This course explores global biomedical ethics. Course content includes diverse philosophical and cultural perspectives regarding health, disease, equitable access to healthcare, ethical issues in global clinical trials, public health ethics, and global genetic technologies. Students gain critical analysis of social justice and international collaboration addressing global health issues. Preq: Junior standing.
