The Department of Psychology offers PhD degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and in Human Factors (Engineering) Psychology and an MS degree in Applied Psychology with concentrations in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Health Psychology, and Human Factors Psychology. These programs are designed to provide the student with the requisite theoretical foundations, skills in quantitative techniques and research design and practical problem-solving skills to address human problems related to work and to broad uses of technology. The Human Factors Program is fully accredited by the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society.
