Support Area 2: Human Resource Development

• 15 credits selected from ECON 3010 , ECON 4010 , LAW 3220 , MGT 2010 , MGT 3070 , MGT 3120 , MGT 3900 , and MGT 4230  

Support Area 3: Learning Sciences

• PSYC 2010 ; one of STAT 2220  or STAT 2300 ; and nine additional credits selected from CPSC 1210 , HIST 3210 , HIST 3220 , PHIL 3250 , PHIL 3260 , PHIL 3270 , PHIL 3550 , PSYC 3240 , PSYC 3520 , PSYC 3640 , PSYC 3680 , PSYC 3770 , STAT 2220  (if not already taken), or STAT 2300  (if not already taken)  

Support Area 4: Transfer Student Sector

• Completion of 15 credits in one of five technical sectors (1. Business; 2. Human Services; 3. Nursing and Healthcare; 4. Information Technology; and 5. Manufacturing and STEM) prior to transferring into the BS in Human Capital Education and Development program. A review of all coursework is required at the time of admission to the program.

Support Area 5: Approved Minor or Certificate

• Completion of one of the following University approved minors or certificates:
  • Business Administration Minor

  • Communication Studies Minor
