Program Description
Clemson University’s Master of Real Estate Development program is a 35 credit hour professional degree program that can be completed on a full-time or part-time basis. The program is administered by the Nieri Department of Construction, Development and Planning and draws courses from the academic disciplines of architecture, construction, finance, law, city and regional planning, and real estate.
Founded in 2004, the program is open to qualified students from a variety of academic and professional backgrounds. Its curriculum is designed to help future developers produce exciting projects that are not only financially feasible, but also environmentally and socially responsible.

Summary of Degree Requirements
Required courses include ten three-credit courses, one one-credit course repeated twice for credit, and one three-credit open elective course subject to approval by the program director for a total of 35 credit hours.
