Theatre Minor

Minor Description

(20 credits minimum)

A minor in Theatre requires 20 credits arranged as follows:

• Three credits of dramatic literature selected from ENGL 4100 , ENGL 4110 , THEA 3470 , THEA 4290  or THEA 4300  
• Three credits of theatre history selected from THEA 3150 , THEA 3160 , THEA 3170  or THEA 3180  
• Six credits in a sequence selected from THEA 2780 /THEA 4790 ; or THEA 3470 /THEA 4470 ; or THEA 3670 /THEA 4670 ; or THEA 3720 /THEA 4720 ; or THEA 3760 /THEA 4760 ; or one of THEA 2880  or THEA 3770  plus one of the following: THEA 4770 , THEA 4870  or THEA 4970  
• Six additional credits of THEA courses at the 3000 or 4000 level
• Two credits of THEA 2790  

NOTE: This minor is not open to Performing Arts majors whose concentration area is Theatre.
