MICR 4910 - Undergraduate Research in Microbiology 1-4 Credits (3-12 Contact Hours)
Individually mentored research problems in various areas of microbiology that introduce undergraduate students to the planning and execution of research experimentation and the presentation of research findings. Departmental honors students must take at least six hours under a single research advisor over two semesters, must write an honors thesis, and must make a public presentation of their research. Includes Honors sections. May be repeated for a maximum of 24 credits with consent of instructor. Preq: Consent of instructor.
