Leadership is analyzed through experience-based learning. Examines various styles of leadership and communication and their probable consequences. Considers techniques for planning large and small group meetings. Examines literature in the field of leadership and group processes. Students must have a 2.0 cumulative grade-point average to enroll in this course. Includes Honors sections.
