EDLT 9000 - Sociocultural Theories of Learning

Examines views of learning that emphasize social and cultural ways of knowing, and the de-emphasize purely individualistic theories or learning. Rooted in anthropology, social psychology and sociology, the readings for this class infuse educational theories with ideas and methods from a variety of disciplines.
