3 Credits (3 Contact Hours)Analysis of community-based food and nutrition programs to include management, program provision, outcome-based evaluation and integration of services. Emphasis is on outcome-based nutrition education across the lifespan, management and integration of multiple services for targeted population, and public policy development.
