Analysis of community-based food and nutrition programs to include management, program provision, outcome-based evaluation and integration of services. Emphasis is on outcome-based nutrition education across the lifespan, management and integration of multiple services for targeted population, and public policy development. Preq: NUTR 4260 or consent of instructor.
