CE 4240 - Earth Slopes and Retaining Structures 3 Credits (3 Contact Hours) Considers the principles of geology, groundwater and seepage, soil strength, slope stability, and lateral earth pressure and their application to the design of excavations, earth fills, dams, and earth-retaining structures. Preq: CE 3210 with a C or better.
