COMM (ENGL) 8090 - Communication Media Law and Policy

Students learn to perform media policy analysis from a communication perspective and to develop research agendas related to policy development and implementation. This course covers the background of the development, implementation, and consequences of major policies shaping media and communication, as well as existing research based in policy analysis. May also be offered as ENGL 8090.
