CSM 8670 - Green Building Delivery

Explores the change in thinking and practice of delivering projects as a result of green building. The essential components of sustainable building are defined and common practices of green building are explored. Green rating systems are taught with a focus on the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) label. Preq: Consent of instructor.
