3 Credits (3 Contact Hours)Study of a specific topic under the direction of a faculty member. Students identify a special problem related to the human resource development profession based on their personal interests, experiences, needs and goals. With selection of a new research topic and project, course may be repeated for a maximum of six credits with consent of instructor.
