SYSE 8020 - Systems Engineering II3 Credits (3 Contact Hours) Addresses analysis and design of complex systems by considering human, hardware and software components of the system. Techniques for unambiguously defining a problem and designing a solution are applied to a model problem. Architectural techniques are used to assemble a solution that satisfies functional and non-functional requirements. A range of qualitative and quantitative verification and validation techniques for evaluating the fitness of a solution are examined and used. Preq: SYSE 8010. Preq: SYSE 8010 .
