RUD 8640 - Urban Design Seminar II3 Credits (3 Contact Hours) Focuses on the neighborhood, district and corridor, including landscape urbanism, green infrastructure, inter-relationships of neighborhoods, housing and development densities, adapting corridors and streetscapes, as part of the city’s district scale. Considers transit-oriented development, natural and constructed corridors, stormwater management, and other systems in a resilient public realm. Preq: Admission to the Master of Resilient Urban Design program or consent of instructor.
