MGT 9420 - Seminar in Service Science: Strategy and Design

3 Credits (3 Contact Hours)

Students are exposed to current research and trends in service science. Students study the research of current faculty and other leading scholars while correspondingly developing an understanding of the prominent theories, methods and conversations currently shaping the field. May be repeated for a maximum of six credits. Preq: Acceptance to the Supply Chain and Operations Management track of the Business Administration PhD program.
