MGT 4270 - Lean Operations and Continuous Improvement

3 Credits (3 Contact Hours)
This course examines how organizations systematically make continuous process improvements that allow them to increase their efficiency, effectiveness, quality, and customer satisfaction. Topics include selecting performance measurements, using teams to achieve breakthrough change, identifying root causes of problems, developing and implementing solutions to problems, and the tools of lean and continuous improvement. Preq: MGT 3900 .
