MGT 3910 - Operations in Supply Chains

This course examines the role of operations management in both manufacturing and service organizations, and discusses the concepts, tools, and techniques for managing the operations function under uncertainty. Topics include operations waiting line analysis, project evaluation and review techniques, inventory policies, yield management, and sales and operations planning. Preq: MGT 3900.
