3 Credits (3 Contact Hours)This course covers a wide variety of topics vital to the administration of a band/marching band program, such as budgets, fundraising, hosting competitions and exhibitions, and technological resources vital to these tasks. Other topics include band booster clubs, managing staff, and developing student leadership teams.
