Program Description
The online Master of Science in Data Science and Analytics is jointly administered by the Department of Management and the School of Mathematics and Statistics. This online program has a quantitative focus and is designed for students with a strong technical background. Students are provided a balanced curriculum of courses in management, mathematical statistics and applied statistics, and learn to use, manage and apply data science and analytics in a variety of areas, including health care administration, manufacturing and military fields.

Summary of Degree Requirements
The online Master’s in Data Science and Analytics degree is awarded to students who successfully complete with a C or better 30 credit hours of DSA coursework.
Core Coursework
Successful graduates complete all 10 core courses in the program. These courses allow students opportunities to demonstrate statistical knowledge, computational skills, and managerial decision making.
